Diana Rodriguez, 32, of Placentia, is accused of stabbing three women Dec. 22 after her 12-year-old son and a 12-year-old girl related to the women went through a romantic breakup. Police say the three victims had confronted Rodriguez as she arrived to pick up her son from day care at the Whitten Community Center in Placentia. After a short verbal dispute outside the front door to the center, Rodriguez drew a 4-inch blade from her pocket, a Spyderco serrated pocketknife, police said.
